WHAT DO WE DISCUSS?
- OLLIE’S BACK! The Torquay Haaland secured his first Premier League goal of the season against Chelsea on Sunday - what could that mean in regards to his confidence going forward?
- THE BIG BOUB! Kamara easily had his best performance of the season against Chelsea, sitting alongside Douglas Luiz in a slightly deeper role today.
- Aston Villa were able to catch Chelsea in offside positions more times than many would care to count thanks to the high defensive line; it’s fair to say that Unai Emery’s men stuck a little closer to the assignment on Sunday compared to on Thursday in Poland, isn’t it?
- Not sure there are many more words left to describe the brilliance of Emi Martinez, but what did the lads make of the goalkeeper’s performance at Stamford Bridge?
- What did Lucas Digne ever do to Chelsea?! Trying to break the poor man!
- Villa are now sixth in the Premier League. It’s been a pretty good start to the season, hasn’t it?
- Cole and Tom get slightly carried away with Villa’s congested fixture list and attempt to maneuver through all of the chaos!
- Everton on Wednesday in the EFL Cup; what should we expect?
- All of this and so much more! Enjoy the podcast and Up The Villa!
