Perhaps we’ve elevated politics above its proper station in our lives and affairs—especially affairs of state. The conversation since June 27 and that horrendous debate performance has been: will Joe Biden be the nominee for the 2024 election or won’t he?

That’s really the wrong conversation: The question should be: should Joe Biden be the president right now? Joe Biden cannot now faithfully execute the office of the presidency—a violation of his oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution. One can go back to Robert Hur’s February report that revealed Joe Biden’s dramatic memory failures.

In his effort to rehabilitate himself after the debate, Biden sat down with George Stephanopoulos—and did nothing to inspire confidence. These problems never improve—they always get worse.

We are now at the point where it’s not a weak candidate Democrats need to worry about, it’s a dangerously and recklessly propped-up presidency that should be a concern of every American—left, right and anywhere in between.
