October 7th marks one year since the Hamas massacre in Israel—and we're hearing of marches to commemorate it at several universities in the United States … marches essentially to celebrate the atrocities, not mourn the victims of October 7th.

A professor at Oxford once said "The chief purpose of education is to know when someone is speaking rot"—and there's an awful lot of rot being spoken today, especially at our universities.

To appreciate the immorality of this, imagine a vigil on behalf of al-Qaeda members on September 11, 2002?

This year has seen a lot of moral inversion. We saw college students all over the country re-discovering and promoting the purported wisdom of Osama bin Laden, and we've seen marches and encampments under the banners of terrorist groups like Hamas and Hezbollah.

There ought be no confusion: Today, we're mourning the victims … and renewing our resolve to fight against the barbarism of Islamist terrorism.

And today, we're stating clearly and unequivocally, we stand with Israel.
