He is a recent graduate of Ivy League institution UPenn. Exposed to 90s trance and house music by his father at the tender age of 9, Ashwin has grown a deeply rooted passion for electronic music that drives his career today. Ashwin spent his formative years grooving to the likes of Jamie Jones, Richie Hawtin, Seth Troxler, and Dubfire at raves around the world, which influenced his ear and has shaped his signature sound. His music features dynamic grooves, deep basslines, and complex musicality, all bundled together by a gripping soundscape. Ashwin has performed at venues and nightclubs around the world, including residencies in both New York and Hong Kong. He has also performed alongside underground heavyweights such as Adam Beyer, Chus + Ceballos and former Space Ibiza resident Dee Montero. At 18 years old, his ‘Affirmative/Negative’ EP, released on Fever Sound Limited, peaked at no. 36 on the Beatport Tech House charts. His latest productions are soon to be released by some of the most respected record labels in underground house music.
