Today’s guest is Tariq Khan. Tariq is the co-founder of “My Wellbeing Lab” a startup whose mission is to unlock mental well-being by making it easier for employees to talk about their mental health. The way it works is by first gathering data about the current state of mental well being of your employees, then creating specified workshops to tackle the main issues & finally offering coaching support for your employees to create long term change. In addition My Wellbeing Lab was also involved in the first mental health report in the Middle East & North Africa in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
