So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. 2 Corinthians 4:17-18 If we pursue God’s vision for abundant life, it will be anchored in a robust vision for Heaven. Senior Pastor David Dwight concludes our sermon series with a focus on eternity. If we are seeking an abundant life, we must make our vision about our heavenly eternity, not our earthly temporality. We are prudent to prepare for the realities of life here on earth, but it is all the wiser to focus on the eternal life that is waiting for us. The Bible tells us our citizenship is in heaven and our time on earth is temporary. If we are seeking an abundant life, we will align our decisions to that reality.
