His scholarship and teaching explore the ways overlooked media give shape to our everyday encounters with culture. his work has appeared in venues including Space & Culture, Convergence, and New Media & Society. Most recently, He published a paper in the journal Technology and Culture, titled "Controlling Crowds: On the Technological Management of Entertainment Audiences."
