Auf meiner letzten Reise nach Santiago de Chile im April 2017 habe ich eine langjährige Freundin, Maria Benner, besucht, die mittlerweile nach 40 Jahren, die sie in SOS-Kinderdörfern in Chile gearbeitet hat, pensioniert ist. Sie erzählt von den harten Lebensbedingungen der PensionistInnen im Allgemeinen und von ihrer Lebenswirklichkeit im Besonderen, streift das Thema der Migration in Chile und der Einwanderung ihrer Urgroßeltern aus Württenberg in den Süden Chiles im 19.
