There's more to movement than exercise and sports! This episode features a conversation with Sarah Sense-Wilson and Kayla Harstad of Urban Native Education Alliance, a Seattle-based organization that immerses generations of Indigenous youth in education, culture, and tradition.

United Way is proud to support Urban Native Education Alliance and how it spends its time keeping Indigenous youth active with programs that foster health and wellness and engaged in activities that promote social justice.

We will also hear about the Des Moines Area Food Bank and an upcoming event that probes solutions to housing insecurity.
