Walter Ulrich is the CEO of Medical Bridges, an organization which distributes medical surplus material to crisis-stricken places around the world – or in the US when a pandemic hits. They're like a strike team sending invaluable help in the form of medical equipment and supplies and sometimes, technicians and doctors. They also accept individual donations. You can donate wheelchairs, beds or dialysis machines. All equipment is checked by specialists and refurbished.
