Welcome back to How To Build An App!
This week we are sitting down with Chris Holmes, the founder of EquineTrader.
Chris grew up riding, training, and owning horses. According to him, people either love horses or rarely give them a second thought.
Chris is one of those people that absolutely loves horses.
During a time when he was breeding and raising horses, Chris was planning on selling one of them and realized there was no place to sell a horse. Some of the few options he found were clunky, awkward, overwhelming, and extremely ineffective.
This is where the idea for EquineTrader first made its debut, inspired purely by frustration.
EquineTrader was our first app here at Strides Development so we’re really excited to include our listeners in this discussion.
In this episode, we’ll walk you through the process of creating the app, obstacles we encountered, and lessons learned.
We’ll be discussing pricing and budget, defining your target market, development timelines, product validation, and utilizing customer feedback.
This episode is packed with valuable information and experiences from a non-technical founder whose app has found immediate success.
