The fitness industry has seen many changes, especially since the Pandemic. One of those changes is the popularity of at-home fitness which is still led by professional instructors. Lauren Foundos, Founder of FORTË, is changing the game by creating opportunities for more gyms and studios to reach their members, even when those members want to work out at home.
