With a firm belief in unleashing human potential and embracing diversity, David strives to help individuals and organizations thrive. In addition to his roles at D.O.T.I. and DOTNPO, David hosts the show True Colors for Brevard Cultural Alliance, showcasing the valuable contributions of minorities to the arts in Brevard County. Prior to founding D.O.T.I., David led learning and development efforts for Best Buy's Southeastern Region, spanning multiple states and territories. His team's focus on onboarding, education, and engagement resulted in notable achievements, including the highest training completion rates, lowest turnover rates in the organization's history, and outstanding sales performance.
