The Phase II of the Second Avenue Subway will become a reality, thanks to President Biden's Infrastructure and Jobs Investment Plan. The project will cost $23B. Three new stations will be built along Second Avenue at 106th and 116th Sts and at 125th St/Park Avenue in Manhattan to connect with the (4)(5)(6) lines and Metro-North.
