Join Stefanie and Janice as we share our personal journey of journaling and how this simple tool has played a huge role in both of our lives. We start out talking about our childhood experiences around journaling and how we have shifted how we use journals as adults. We continued talking about different ways to journal and how this outlet has supported us through our personal development journey.
If you're new to journals, we invite you take it slow. Start with a simple gratitude practice or by using journal prompts. We have created a simple tool that includes journal prompts that we have each personally used to get you on the path of your journal journey! Grab your prompts at www.collaboratedelevated.com/journal. The biggest advice we would like to offer, is create a practice that works for you!
Some key take-away and prompts that have assisted us!

  • Desire inventory - powerful practice to write about what you desire. This allows you to be mindful of what it is you actually want and gives you permission to ask for it.
  • Creating gratitude lists or diving in deeper to your typical gratitudes.
  • Divine writing - allowing whatever gets to come out comes out which usually turn into miracle moments.
  • Using your journal to processing things. Write about anything you're holiding on to, dwelling on, unable to let go of. Sit down and write a letter to person or situation and let everything out.
What is Human Design Delight? We are bringing you a collaboration with women from each of the design types. Prepare yourself to receive episodes about life, relationships, business, Human Design and Gene Keys, and personal empowerment. Not every episode will be about human design; however, every episode we will show up in our designs because there's no getting around it. We believe there are many valuable tools that assist us in accepting and loving ourselves, and Human Design is one of them. We also are passionate about each of us living authentically and sharing our unique gifts with the world. We're not 100% sure where this journey will take us, but we are 100% confident that we will show up weekly transparently and authentically, with conversations that matter to you. We look forward to you joining us on this journey!
