She transitioned from Architecture to UX research over the last 2 years and was a star student on my Persuasive Portfolio programme, that helps ambitious creatives get the jobs they want in user experience roles. She is the author of 'Resilience by Design' published by Springer. She has a PhD in architecture from the University of Aukland in New Zealand where she grew up. She has a background in humanitarian architecture and service design. She was born in Korea.
