Un-junk food with Coqui the Chef

Rod and Hugh speak with Tania and Chris from the Coqui the Chef program, an organization and social movement focused on teaching kids how to cook and eat healthy. The guys confess their own immature food preferences and get some help on keeping their kids and themselves on the right track. Then Rod and Hugh debate some foods and snacks that blur the line between “health food,” and “junk food.” What (if anything) can we label some of these “healthier but not necessarily healthy” options? And finally Hugh bears his soul in a passionate speech entitled, “Cracklin Oat Sham.”
