In this Episode I chat with Isaac and Ashley Arellano of Pitforks and Smokerings Barbecue in Slaton Texas. They're celebrating their two year Anniversary on Saturday August 17th & they have a big Raffle benefiting the Weekend Snack Sack Program in Slaton an organization that provides weekend food for kiddos. In our Interview we talk about how they've built their business with help of their family and their community. There are so many touching examples of the Small Town bond and the BBQ family coming together. We also talk about a visit from Daniel Vaughn and making Texas Monthly's best bites of 2018.
