Since then Bryan has made a decision to move on from his full time job and his Barbecue Competition team in order to focus his attention on Barbecue Full time. No, he's not starting his own business just yet, instead he was offered an opportunity to work at one of the Top Barbecue Joints in the Country! Although it means uprooting his life in San Marcos Texas, he is extremely excited to learn from one of the best in the business.
