Alex is a chef, gardener and forager from Cornwall and one quarter of the Directing team behind the incredible Electric Bakery in Bude.
When Alice first came up with the idea for this podcast, Alex was right at the top of the list of people she wanted to speak to. His ability to juggle his commitments with the bakery, alongside a plethora of other worthy causes, has been hugely inspiring to her.
He has also been incredibly supportive of The Good Stuff – the cafe Alice runs in Boscastle, Cornwall, and has given invaluable advice regarding best business practices since the cafe was founded in 2021.
