In this episode you get to meet my personal trainer! In my quest for living a healthier life and feeling better about the body I'm in, I found myself in need of some help. That's the point of today's episode. We don't need to struggle endlessly on our own!

We need each other and we are all here to fill gaps for each other. I always feel BETTER after a good workout and I'm grateful for the guidance from Tashia when it comes to how to eat, when to eat, and even custom workouts for my business single-mom, self employed life on the go!
