After you have a baby, the societal pressure to bounce back can hit you like a ton of bricks. And when it comes to you and your partner, returning to any sense of normalcy in your relationship might feel impossible. But what exactly are you "bouncing back" to? Is it even possible for you to revert back to who you were - physically, emotionally, psychologically - before you became a parent? The very short answer to this is "LOL," but, thankfully, Erin and Ruby are here to give you a longer version of that answer.
