If the title of this episode made you cringe, you aren’t alone. We are conditioned to believe that we can’t possibly hate being a mom when it’s the single greatest, most fulfilling joy of our lives. How could we even, for a moment, not love every second of this experience!?

So, let’s take a step back and look at every other experience and identity in our lives. They are full of duality. How can motherhood be any different?

On this week’s episode of I Love My Baby, And…Erin and Ruby dive head first into what it means to hold space for these dualities and (and this is the important part) remove the icky self-judgment associated with it!

Loving the show? We'd love your feedback!
