The decision to go back to work after having a baby is full of so much baggage. Whether you're feeling guilty about needing to work, dreading going back, or thrilled to have a thriving career to return to - we get it. There can be room for all of those feelings to coexist, but it's (understandably) really hard to get there. There is a cultural narrative around what it means to be a working mom, and this week, we're gonna talk about it. So buckle up, buttercups, because it turns out this is a topic we're pretty passionate about!
