In today's episode, I'm sharing my original learning that I earned from the School of Hard Knocks. Did you know that I conducted a 30-year experiment to find all the worst ways to set personal boundaries? Yes, that was me. You're welcome!

It's not easy to set effective boundaries, the kind that allows you to live and do and be the way you intended when you set the boundary. And when our boundaries fall flat or seemingly fail, it's discouraging, and demoralizing, and we can wind up in a place worse than where we started. We don't want that.

There are two things that you'll need to set clear and effective boundaries. They aren't obvious, but once you hear them you'll recognize how much you needed to listen to this podcast.

Yes, these two things can absolutely transform how you approach setting boundaries, and how well you can keep them working for you as intended.

Topics included in this episode: boundaries, self-awareness, difficult people, resilience, courage, communication, family, and your worth
