IABC Edmonton partnered with MacEwan University Bachelor of Communication Studies to bring our members the opportunity to learn from internationally acclaimed journalist Barbara Reyelts on October 12, 2018. Reyelts hosted a professional development session titled "The Shifting Communications Landscape" at MacEwan University specially for IABC Edmonton members. This session focused on how the changes in communication and technology directly impact our profession – something each of us is facing in every industry. IABC Edmonton Past President, Marvin Polis, caught up with Barbara after the event to bring you this summary of her talk.
