Jimmy Smart unpacks the opportunity and complexity of innovating from within large organisations - including his own journey from intrapraneur to entrepreneur - as well as the growing space of Corporate Social Responsibility and Environment, Social, & Governance practices in the corporate landscape.

About Jimmy
Jimmy Smart is a passionate innovator and leader with over 12 years of experience in the recruitment and technology industries. He is the founder of GiveBack, a B2B SaaS that helps organisations create, capture and communicate their social and environmental impact.
Jimmy has also held the position of Head of Technology Initiatives at WorkPac, where he was responsible for the identification, feasibility, and delivery of new to business technology solutions.
GiveBack was born from a formative personal experience that James had in 2018 that reshaped how he believed that organisations can build connection, engagement, and loyalty with both their internal employees and external stakeholders (whether it be customers or investors).
