We're back and ready to chat! This week I talk with an old friend from Sweden named Abu Yousef. Abu is a man who is a native to Sweden, who converted to Islam about 8 years ago. He's also someone I met on DeviantArt and became online pals with about 13 years ago. We've lost touch over the years, and he's since found faith, gotten married to a beautiful woman from Morocco, and had two children! We catch up and discuss being married, being a father, death, language, and more.
This episode was recorded in October, so we have more of an optimistic outlook on the world and our future than perhaps we would, had we recorded it today.
This week's ice breaker questions from Wes are, "Waffles or pancakes?" and "Do you think civilization, as we know it, will make it into the next century?"
Abu's ice breaker questions for the next guest are, "Are there any examples of when a guest verse has improved a song?" and "What's your worst ingrown hair story?" Cannot wait to have those questions answered!
Abu highly recommends you find him on Twitter, and would like to shout out to The Funky Shack! And find more IDEK on Facebook, Twitter, Stitcher & iTunes!
