To be strategic involves being focused and one step ahead in our decision making to achieve that competitive advantage. Being one step ahead means that we have to be able to anticipate and manage the changes that lie ahead of us in the future. Transformation is a process and not an event and using a short cut approach to tackle change will have a negative impact on organisations.
The COVID 19 pandemic and of recent, the impact on individuals, businesses and nations of the killing of George Floyd has presented two of the greatest change impacts for a long time. These two situations are now drivers for change in terms of mental, physical, social, economic, and spiritual dimensions

These two drivers are having both positive and negative impacts on the way we conduct our lives. Those who already have a robust and resilient change management framework in place have been able to adjust accordingly with minimal disruption. In this episode we shall be looking at the importance of having a decision making framework that enables us to anticipate and manage the impact of changes in stages to achieve a lasting impact.
