She has served in key leadership roles overseeing the administration of primary care, behavioral health and dental services, a school-based health center, community-based health promotion programs, and home visiting initiatives
Loretta received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, and her master's in health services administration from Central Michigan University. She is a proud member of the National Association of Health Services Executives and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
