Schon lange vor der Pandemie planten die beiden Studenten Philippe Schäfer und Esther Strohmer sich selbstständig zu machen. In Greifswald. Und zwar mit einer Idee, die sie in Greifswald vermissten. Einen Unverpackt-Laden. Die Idee stellten die beiden vor fast zwei Jahren beim monatlich stattfinden IHK-Wirtschaftsstammtisch in Neubrandenburg vor und bekamen mutmachendes Feedback.
Nun sind die Pläne vom Tisch und der Laden seit einem halben Jahr geöffnet. Welche Herausforderungen hinter den beiden liegen und welche Glücksmomente es schon gab? - Grit Gehlen hat das Gründerteam im uver Greifswald besucht.
