In this episode, we talked to the owner of Teyyaredenkahve (Aircraft Coffee) Levent Oncu.
Levent is NOT A BARISTA.
As an aeronautical engineer, Levent joined the third wave of coffee in 2010, and today he is one of the most influential coffee people in Turkey.
Coffee is a big part of Levent's life, as a full-time engineer, a husband, and a father of a 5-years, he always can find time to review coffee tools, make Instagram live talk (with 83 episodes till today) and help Turkish coffee lovers brew better coffee.
When the high inflation hits Turkey badly, Levent and his friend Ismail collaborate with Turkish coffee roasters and distributors to organize group purchases to help the local coffee community in difficult times.
