This week, Ellen talks about how a growing appreciation of the power of collective healing through pioneering initiatives she began or co-founded supporting prisoner rehabilitation, embracing communal labyrinth walking, and responding to global emergencies. She shares what her working with intention has taught her, and talks about her hopes for the podcast. As usual, we also cast our eyes over stories in the news drawing our attention this week as suggested topics for intercession and intention, giving special attention to the on-going war in Sudan–and a hope of a way forward toward peace. And in a week that has brought a number of heartwarming news stories to give thanks for, we reflect on the lasting impacts that can arise from the kindness of strangers.

Shared intention

This week, as a promise of peace in Sudan is debated, we suggest holding the following intention:

We will that the leaders of the warring sides in Sudan will be moved to make good on their willingness to meet and seek a political rather than military resolution to their differences.

Please join us in holding this.
