'I worked out so much but would just see the thinnest, kind of scrawniest person in the mirror and it would just kill me' A successful modeling career throughout Europe and travelling the world, Jonathan Vontalken from the outside had it all. Little did his friends know, including myself and my wife; his best friend was that he was struggling with crippling body dysmorphia as well as hiding pain so deep from his family's Catholic views on his sexuality. This is an episode that was so raw and one that I have wanted to do for so long with another guy to talk about struggles with men and body image - it was even more special that the episode came to fruition with a close friend with whom neither of us had known during the time we were both struggling with body dysmorphia that the other was not coping.
