Radek revolutionised the Swisse Wellness group, transforming the category by making it aspirational and pioneering the use of brand ambassadors.
In 2015, he helped negotiate the sale of the group for over $1.7 billion, marking one of the biggest private company transactions in Australian history.
With the proceeds, he established Light Warrior, an investment group dedicated to creating shared value by investing in socially responsible and environmentally conscious businesses. In addition, he is also the Director for Made by Cow, One Giant Mind, Hydralyte, myDNA, Stratosphere, and Wanderlust Australia.
