We talk about family dynamics, being alone and/or being with too many people, negative triggers, splitting the holidays after a divorce, dealing with death and grief, difficulties around finances and so much more.
While we chat about all the tough stuff, we also share a few tips for getting through the season when the jolly has up and left!
