Here's the lowdown: college is not for everyone, and that's okay.
The lie we've been sold is that to be successful, we needed a college degree.
I have a friend who recently said, "If everyone has a college degree, then no one does."
I think that's the point.
College was supposed to be a differentiating factor. It used to separate people -- educated versus uneducated.
Now, though, it doesn't.
We have so many resources at our fingertips, learning doesn't start nor end in a classroom.
