Heidi Snow has been providing care to thousands of people affected by air disasters and sudden loss for over 25 years. In 1996, Heidi founded the non-profit organization, AirCraft Casualty Emotional Support Services (ACCESS - accesshelp.org) to ensure no one goes through the acute loneliness, isolation and grief that she had to experience after the unfortunate flight accident which took her fiance's life.

02:20 - Heidi is the CEO and founder of ACCESS which has been providing disaster bereavement support to those who have survived or lost loved ones in aviation tragedies. Tragically, Heidi, it started with a very personal experience for you.
