Let's bridge some gaps today. Join this powerful conversation with Cassie Jeans and her guest speaker, Bud Tinney. Budy Tinney is a personal trainer, Cross Fit coach and co-owner of the gym, CrossFit Cobourg. He has won several awards for weight lifting and is an inspiration and friend to many in his local community. He was welcomed on the show because of the way he views life, how he supports his clients who have a variety of different goals in the gym (and life), and the importance of teaching the mind to believe in the impossible. The intention of having Bud on the show was to show the connection we have to our body and our beliefs as well as giving a voice to men who are wanting to express who they are and healing the stigma around male culture specifically pertaining to emotions. This is a great episode to share.
