Hommus Recipe

Ingredients:

Tin organic chickpeas, drained & rinsed

2 Tble tahini

1 clove garlic

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/2 tea cummin

1/4 tea Celtic salt

1/4 cup filtered water (or less)

BLEND ALL TOGETHER

Green Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

Stalk of kale - deveined

Stalk bok choy

Stalk celery

Cucumber

Knob ginger

Knob turmeric

Pepper to activate the turmeric properties

Handful rocket

1/2 orange

Banana

Chia

Filtered watered

BLEND ALL TOGETHER
