This episode is inspired by simple instagram posted i saw that said "It is ok to feel both" and my recent experiences. Do you allow yourself or even encourage yourself to feel very opossite feelings at once? Do you think it is ok or you only allow yourself to feel happiness or sadness when you go through something?

Lets chat about it and how allowing ourselves to feel very oposite feelings in a day or even hour (ha) can help us feel these feelings and experince things deeper and digest these feeling faster.
