Singing Bowls have been used for centuries for healing and meditation purposes. It's said that the sounds generated by these bowls can promote healing, reduce stress, create calm, and address dis-ease.

What an interesting concept. I'm new to this, obviously, but totally captured!

I bought 2 singing bowls during my visit to Myanmar and have been mesmerized with their sounds.

This podcast focuses on what I have learned about my bowls, how I use them to ground myself as I begin my meditation, as well as the ringing connection to musical keys and to our chakras.

Of course, this is only my beginning of a deeper understanding of this ancient philosophy and practice.

I reference a blog in this podcast. The title: The Good News, The Bad News, A Chiang Mai Day. You can access the blog here.

Please write to me @ Diann@DiannAbroad.com. Also, please comment and review this podcast. Tell me about your experiences with singing bowls. I look forward to hearing from you.

Also, please forward!

Thank you so much for listening.
