Ex-professional footballers Sam Aiston, Gav Cowan and Dave Edwards reflect on their long careers playing in the English and Welsh football leagues.
All spent long periods of their careers with Shrewsbury Town, and they bring stories of their time together with Town.
In episode twelve, , the lads welcome Simon and Ben Smith to the ITS studios. Simon's playing career saw spells at Newcastle and Gateshead before he moved into coaching. He wrote the blueprint for modern goalkeeping, and coached with Newcastle, England, Canada, La Galaxy and has just left his post as Newcastle United's Head of Goalkeeping. His son Ben played for Newcastle, Doncaster, before joining Shrewsbury Town, where he was part of the 2014-15 promotion-winning side. He retired from football early to move into the Hospitality industry and has been working in Dubai for the last five years.
