In Part One of this two part episode, In Transition Podcast's co-host, Lauren Ashley, gets real personal and tells her transition story of making the decision to end her 11 year marriage.

In this episode she shares the history of her relationship with her ex, what signs were showing up to tell her things were not right in her marriage and when she knew things were over.

Let’s face it, we’ve all been through the ending of at least one relationship and know just how challenging it can be, especially if you’re the one doing the leaving and, even more so, if there are children involved.

If you’re someone who has gone through a tough ending or are contemplating ending a relationship, I really hope you can find some inspiration and courage to stop listening to all the noise, step into your full power and do what serves YOU best.
