If you've ever worked with enterprise clients, you know they're a different breed.
Relationships with larger companies look much different than those of small companies.
So what's the best way to create long-lasting relationships with enterprise clients?
I'm glad you asked because on this episode of the IBO podcast, we have David Veldt, Founder of Interactually who chats with Amy about how to navigate those relationships with enterprise clients.
David has been in the digital marketing industry for over 15 years, having worked both for agencies and in-house before starting his own company, Interactually, in 2013. In that time, he has worked with clients across the globe, ranging from local small businesses to Fortune 500 brands. While working with enterprise organizations has been David's bread and butter ever since being thrown in the deep end at his first agency job out of college, he recently led a shift in Interactually's PPC service offerings to simplify the process and make them accessible to companies of all sizes.
In this episode, you'll learn:
  • What makes enterprise clients different than other types of clients
  • How to navigate the sometimes complex waters of workign with enterprise clients
  • The good, the bad, and the ugly of when employees of enterprise clients turnover
  • Best practices for forging long-term relationships with enterprise clients
