Naarm/Melbourne-via-Meanjin/Brisbane band RINSE have forged a reputation in recent years of releasing exhilarating shoegaze indie pop. Through singles like
- TELL ME TELL ME TELL ME in 2020,
- Tamaryn from 2021,
- 2023’s sinker EP and
- in June this year the stunning Starfish EP.
At the heart of RINSE is Joe Agius who for many years has played guitar with Hatchie. Joe recently joined me on the phone to chat about RINSE, Features the tracks Breathe, Kiss Me (Kill Me) with Hatchie and Tamaryn.
