Tim Schmoyer is the founder of Video Creators, a YouTube growth agency, and is widely known for his strategies and tactics to help creators grow their audience and business. Although we work in the same industry and have the same goal— to help our clients' YouTube channels grow— our approaches are completely different, which makes me wonder: do his strategies really work?
