Over the last few weeks, I've found myself reminding others (and really, myself) that rest is indeed necessary to sustain our work. But what makes rest truly revolutionary? And does that revolutionary status change depending on who is resting? I'll talk about all that, and more, in this episode.

+ a quick note for after the episode -
I want to clarify that action can also be done in the form of active passive resistance, which from an outside view, can also look like rest. These tactics are incredibly powerful, especially within BIPOC and Black communities whose bodies have been commodified for centuries, and shouldn't be discounted.
