Different generations have different ideas about their future. Alena Tomanová from the Slovak organisation Youthwatch will tell us about Futures Literacy or "literacy for the future". It is a concept and a tool that helps young people prepare for what the future brings. Futures Literacy develops the skills that are important for the future. For example, how to work with the rapid changes that are coming and to prepare for any changes that will occur.
Futures Literacy is a very important part of the life competencies, but it is also a very big innovation in youth work. Let us dream with young people, imagine what the world will look like in 2035 and prepare for the new reality so that we can make better decisions already now
