In this episode I am joined by Walt Coulston, Founder & CEO of GreenSquareDC. Walt has had an extensive career in real estate and he is now developing a sustainable data center platform in Australia.
We discuss how Walt started his career and how his experience in real estate resulted in him establishing GreenSqaureDC.
Walt shares why he started GreenSquareDC and how they differ to other developers in the sector. With a major focus on sustainability Walt is looking to develop a genuine sustainable hyperscale Data Centre solution.
Walt provides detail on the first data center development for GreenSquareDC, the WA1 hyperscale data center. The facility will be located in Perth, Western Australia, and it will be the only Australian AI-ready data centre.
